Can an offshore company trade inside the UAE?
No. Offshore companies are designed for activities outside the UAE and for holding assets. If you need to invoice UAE customers, a free zone or mainland licence is the right vehicle.
Can I get a residence visa with an offshore company?
No. Offshore entities do not carry visa eligibility. Many clients pair an offshore holding company with a free zone operating company that provides visas.
Can an offshore company open a UAE bank account?
Yes, though banks apply enhanced due diligence. We introduce you to banks that work with offshore structures and prepare the file to their requirements.
Is an audit required?
RAK ICC and Ajman Offshore do not require audited accounts to be filed, though records must be kept. JAFZA Offshore requires annual audited accounts.
