Do I have to keep the property for 10 years?
The visa is tied to holding a qualifying property. If you sell without buying another qualifying property, the visa can be cancelled at renewal or review.
Can I include my parents?
Parents are not covered under the standard Golden Visa sponsorship, but can be sponsored separately on a one-year renewable residence visa subject to conditions.
Do I need to stay in the UAE a minimum number of days?
No. Golden Visa holders can stay outside the UAE for any length of time without the visa lapsing.
How long does the process take?
Most applications complete within two to six weeks, depending on the category and how quickly supporting documents can be attested.
